My name is Charlie Green, and I have worked in many industries throughout my life — ranging from drilling rig hand to clean room technician. I made the choice to become a bookkeeper after an injury to my back that prevented me from continuing as an equipment operator. Based in Lake County, I'm proud to serve small businesses across Solano, Sonoma, Napa, and Lake Counties, and I am eager to see where this new journey will take me.
I can serve as your outsourced accounting department while handling all your tax (income, payroll, sales & use, etc.) and regulatory filings on time, every time. I can also take a more limited role, providing only the services that make sense. I will develop systems and processes that leverage technology to provide fast, accurate service that is tailored to your unique business.
While the foundation of accurate financials consists of pressing the right buttons and pulling the proper levers, I take pride in diving deeper into the numbers — providing the insight and analysis that will help drive revenue, identify opportunities for increased margins, decrease expenses, and reduce taxes.
My preferred platform is QuickBooks, and I am proficient in both the desktop and online versions. In addition to general bookkeeping, my capabilities include QuickBooks file repair and cleanup, fixed asset and inventory tracking, year-end adjustments, custom reporting, and integration with a wide variety of apps.
